im 6.4 with a pants size of 35 but im a shirt size medium to large what size would i need im assuming a large? or an xl becase im not fat like the xl large guy.... so im 6.4 200 pounds what size do i need
It really depends on your dimensions. A large waist is ~37 inches, and XL is ~39 inches. It sounds like you'd be set in a large!

Is this for real?
Yes! Male Rompers are IN - and here to stay for the foreseeable future! While there are a ton of haters out there, male rompers are a hit at any party!

If i jumped in the pool, do they dry like swim trunks?
Not exactly, they are polyester/cotton blend so they dry relatively quickly, but not the way a bathing suit would!
