I’m 5’9 165 with a wide chest/shoulder area, what size would you recommend?
You should be set in a medium!

Wanted to order one. I'm 5'11" and about 200 lbs, mostly muscle. Would the medium be okay with the elastic waist as I normally get onesies and shirts in medium?
Great question - it depends on the look you're going for. It would fit snug and fitted in a Medium, the chest would be the tightest part. It would be a tad tight, but not outrageously so. If you want to play it safe though, definitely go with a large!
